Who We Are

My name is Mike Spourdalakis, the founder and owner of OnTime Labour Supply, and I have had the privilege of working for the past number of years throughout Canada, the US and as far abroad as South America, Africa, Europe, and Saudi Arabia.

Throughout my career, I have gained experience with many cultures, companies and workers in varying situations and unique settings. Participating with these individuals and observing them in action brought to my attention the unwavering need for exceptional workers, exceptional service to companies and a concentration on safety. Greater Sudbury and surrounding area is no exception! The demand here is clear and OnTime Labour Supply was created to meet this demand.

OnTime Labour Supply was formed in the spring of 2017. We understand that companies need to complete projects on time and within certain criteria and budgets. Our goal is to work with companies and workers alike to achieve this mandate. Our expertise lies within the industrial, mining and environmental sectors, with a focus on providing skilled and trained employees throughout the region.

We have seen what works and what doesn’t to get a job completed properly and safely! We reassessed the methods and service levels offered by other organizations and felt that a targeted, direct and specific screening approach to on-board the right individuals for the jobs was key. We engage with companies and employees with a long-term view as opposed to quick “one-off” jobs.
